RETURN POLICY

Our Limited Warranty & Customer Satisfaction Policy

Our Coverage: Our warranty covers the original end user/purchaser for product malfunctions and defective workmanship that affect the performance of the product with the following exceptions listed below.

Coverage Period: All our products come with 1 year warranty only starting from the date of purchase. Additional extended warranty is available and if the customer has opted to purchase one along with the product, then the warranty will cover the entire term of the purchased extended warranty. No warranties, express, implied or statutory will be in effect beyond the stated warranty term.

Coverage Exceptions: We will not cover any items that have been directly or indirectly been damaged by acts of nature (lightning, floods, tornado, rain, earthquakes and other natural disasters) or crime and vandalism or improper installation or if it has been damaged during transit (even when it is shipped to us) or it has been subject to obvious neglect and lack of proper care or the item was used in an environment where it was not designed to be used in the first place. Also items that have been modified from it original factory condition (removal of any component, or tampering with the bios or other included peripherals or cutting of any wiring within the system) will void the warranty without exception. We are also not responsible for any loss of profits, personal injury, property damage or other similar loss or any punitive, consequential, direct, indirect or incidental damages.

Manufacturer Warranty: Some products such as hard drives come with long warranty term from the manufacturers. In the event of hard drive failure after our warranty has expired, you can  contact the hard drive manufacturer directly to initiate RMA for you. We will not be involved in this process at all after our initial warranty has expired nor shall we be responsible with the dealings you have with the manufacturers.

RMA: A returned merchandise authorization (RMA) is required before sending a product back to us. In order to receive an RMA number please call us at our number listed below. Our technician will try to diagnose the problem and if necessary, will issue an RMA number and return instructions. Please do not send us any products back to us without a valid RMA number. Please make sure you pack all items and accessories before shipping it out so as to avoid any delays in servicing the defective unit. It is highly recommended that you purchase some form of insurance for shipping the unit so that in the event of the item being damaged during transit, you can claim insurance from the mail carrier. Please read our Coverage Exception section to see what is not covered by our warranty.

Our Responsibility: Once we receive the items on warranty claims, we will thoroughly diagnose and determine the cause of the failure and check to see if it falls within our specified parameters of our stated warranty policy. In the event it does not qualify and the end user still wants us to go through with the repair, we will charge a diagnostic fee of $50.00 and additional charges will be applied in regards to parts and labor. If you choose not to have a non-warranty repair made, we will dispose of the product or return it to you at your expense if you so request. If we determine that a product defect is covered by this warranty, we will repair it at no charge or, at our option, replace it with a product of like functionality.

Returns & Money Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with the items or products you have purchased, we will be happy to exchange or credit the purchase price as long as the purchaser return all items in its original packaging including all the accessories and documentation that came with the product, all in new condition and unmodified within 30 days of the purchase date. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise without exception. Depending on the condition of the received items we may refuse any refunds and we will dispose of the product or return it to you at your expense if you so request.
